How our destination guides are prepared
VietnamNook publishes travel-planning information intended to help readers make informed decisions. These destination guides are researched from identified public sources and prepared with AI-assisted drafting and editorial checking. They are not first-hand field reports, and we do not attribute them to invented individual travel writers or claim that our team personally visited every place described.
Where facts come from
We prefer official visitor information published by heritage authorities, destination management bodies, national parks and UNESCO. Where a guide discusses a specific entrance ticket, boat circuit, schedule or safety condition, a direct source is linked alongside the relevant answer. An official publication date is not proof that a price or route remains unchanged: always check with the attraction or operator before purchase.
Editorial responsibility
Each guide is published under the VietnamNook editorial identity, not an individual author biography. AI may assist drafting, organization and language editing. The site remains responsible for the resulting text and for correcting confirmed factual errors. A visible checked-date describes the last documented review of the information shown; it is not a guarantee of real-time verification.
Photography and attribution
The destination guides use photographs provided by third-party creators through Unsplash. Each image includes an alt description, caption and a link to its original source page and photographer. They are not represented as VietnamNook staff photographs. An Unsplash copyright license does not necessarily grant publicity, property or trademark permissions for every imaginable use.
Planning and safety limitations
Travel conditions can change because of weather, conservation restrictions, public holidays, maintenance and operator decisions. Route suggestions are independent planning examples unless expressly identified as an official circuit. Follow local authorities and licensed guides for marine activities, caves and protected heritage sites.
Corrections and updates
When a dated source is superseded or a verified claim is wrong, the relevant guide should be revised and its checked-date updated to match the actual review. We avoid changing publication dates merely to imply freshness. Sources can be opened directly from the guide's planning section for independent checking.
